Job summary

Topgolf seeks an accomplished leader to own financial reporting and technical accounting. You will serve as the primary accounting resource, ensuring GAAP compliance, accurate consolidation, and insightful management reporting across entities.

You will partner with IT, FP&A, and external auditors to modernize systems, drive process improvements, and strengthen internal controls while guiding a high-performing team reporting to the CFO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with CPA.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience; Big Four preferred.
• Strong U.S. GAAP and technical accounting research experience.
• Private-equity-backed experience; hospitality/entertainment/retail background a plus.
• Proven track record leading external audits with senior partners.
• Experience with SAP/OneStream is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under U.S. GAAP and multi-entity consolidation.
• Prepare footnotes and coordinate external audits with auditors.
• Maintain GL, COA, and cost/profit center structure for scalable reporting.
• Deliver reporting packages and ad hoc analyses to CFO, Board, and lenders.
• Research complex accounting matters and document conclusions; lead system modernization.
