Crumbl Legado is seeking a Head Baker/Lead to oversee bakery operations and inspire a team of bakers and service staff. You will ensure delicious Crumbl products, maintain high standards, and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.

The Role of Head Baker/Lead

Service Worker Compensation

• $13.00 to $16.00 (hourly wage, including tips)
• Tips Range ($3 to $6 an hour extra)
• Health Benefit Plan (if qualified, not insurance)

Requirements

• EFFICIENT:Has a mindset and work-ethic that is focused on providing exceptional service and Crumbl products in a quick manner. Commits to performing all duties extremely well at a pace that creates a memorable experience for the customer.
• TECHNOLOGY: Understand and uses Crumbl business technology applications efficiently. Stays current on all training and displays a high level of performance in the technology tools used.
• KITCHEN EQUIPMENT:Safely and properly operates Crumbl kitchen equipment and utensils. Shows respect and ownership over the equipment, utensils, and other kitchen material.
• JOBS/OTHER TASKS: Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Role Qualifications

• Restaurant Leadership experience and a high school diploma or equivalent are preferred but not required.
• Must have some night/closing availability
• Food and Allergen Certification preferred but not required. (training is available)
