Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking a dynamic sales associate to engage direct consumers, identify travel needs and present cruise options. You will build rapport, follow up to close sales, and strive to meet revenue targets while delivering outstanding guest service.

The role requires solid product knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment onboard or via contact center in Kentucky.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication with direct guests on the telephone.
• Strong working knowledge of Norwegian Cruise Line products, fleets and itineraries.
• Able to multi-task in a high-energy, quota-driven sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Promotes sales to direct consumers by initiating calls, acting on leads and presenting NCL product options.
• Establishes and maintains relationships to meet retention goals and drive revenue.
• Builds relationships with new and existing customers and targets based on travel history.
• Maintains prospect lists to identify client travel trends and promotes relevant itineraries and onboard amenities.
