Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking a results-driven sales professional to reach direct consumers, identify travel needs, and recommend Norwegian Cruise Line products.

You will nurture relationships, manage prospects, and leverage itineraries and promotions to meet revenue targets. The role requires excellent verbal communication, deep knowledge of our fleet and itineraries, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, quota-driven setting while adhering to a strict dress code.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication to engage direct guests by phone
• Solid knowledge of Norwegian Cruise Line products, fleet and itineraries
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, goal/quota-driven sales environment
• Adherence to a strictly enforced dress code

Responsibilities

• Promotes sales to direct consumers by initiating calls and handling leads to identify travel needs and present NCL products
• Builds and maintains customer relationships through exceptional service and proactive follow-up to meet revenue goals
• Maintains prospect lists and uses client data to identify travel trends and cross-sell itineraries and onboard amenities
• Explains cruise features, pricing, promotions and promotions, and makes recommendations on upgrades and services
• Attends daily team meetings and sales training to ensure effective techniques and accurate information
• Participates in mass email campaigns targeting specific guest profiles
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
