You will work in our shipboard hotel and restaurant, performing setup, service, and guest engagement for up to 28 weeks, earning weekly wages and bonuses while living and working at sea. This temp role emphasizes hospitality foundations and teamwork aboard a leading cruise line.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Pre-employment drug testing required for shipboard employees.
• Grooming standards apply, limited tattoos/piercings.
• Temporary 28-week shipboard position; not guaranteed future employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience.
• Set up and break down services across meals and events.
• Cater to culinary requests and explain menu items to guests.
• Acknowledge guests, escort to tables, present menus, and upsell courses/wines.
• Relay orders to galley and serve courses and beverages with presentation.
• May assist with embarkation greetings, afternoon teas, and evening entertainment.
