Job summary

American Cruise Lines, the largest U.S. cruise company, is hiring Servers for the 2026 season aboard our shipboard hotel and restaurant, providing outstanding hospitality and serving as a proud representative of our brand. This is a temporary position for up to 28 weeks.

You'll work 7 days per week aboard with pay ranging from $1,000 to $1,400 per week plus bonuses; travel, room and board, uniforms, and training are provided, and you can explore itineraries across 50+ trips in America.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.
• Under Federal Law and the Department of Transportation, pre-employment drug testing including marijuana applies.
• Grooming standards with limits on visible tattoos and piercings; temporary position up to 28 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience.
• Set-up and break-down breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour; arrange linen, silverware, china and glassware.
• Relay orders to galley and serve various courses and beverages; ensure items are presented well.
• Greet guests, escort to tables, present menus, suggest courses and wines, and answer questions.
• Assist with embarkation greetings, afternoon teas, snacks, and evening entertainment as needed.
