MSC Cruises USA is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as MSC Cruise Concierges in an outbound sales role. You will receive leads, build relationships with guests, and drive sales in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. A performance-based hybrid schedule and unlimited earning potential are offered.

Start date is January 11, 2027. Base salary is $10/hour plus commission; average earnings range $75,000–$85,000 annually.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum one year of sales experience; cruise sales a plus.
• Fluent English, oral and written; additional language a plus.
• US Passport or US Permanent Resident.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel; Siebel experience preferred.
• Proven resilience and ability to work under pressure; flexible with extended hours.

Aufgaben

• Sell MSC Cruise vacation packages to direct customers using product knowledge.
• Sell consultatively and make recommendations to prospects and guests.
• Maximize all opportunities in the sales process.
• Maintain contact with all clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Maintain and develop a database of qualified leads via referrals, mail, email, social media.
