Job summary

Premier Destination Group seeks friendly, detail-oriented individuals for a Cruise Specialist role. You will assist clients with cruise options, coordinate reservations, and ensure a smooth booking experience from start to finish.

This is an entry-level position within the travel industry with training and ongoing support. You will work in a remote or structured environment, with access to cruise booking platforms and travel resources.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with exploring cruise options, itineraries, and onboard experiences.

Respond to customer questions regarding destinations, cruise lines, and travel requirements.
Review reservation details to ensure accuracy, including dates and traveler information.
Maintain organized records of client bookings and communications.
Provide timely follow-up and support before and after travel.
