Qualifications

• 1 year experience with a cruise line/tour operation and/or airline reservations experience.
• Familiar with airline policy, procedures, and contract pricing preferred.
• Flexibility regarding peak‑time work requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage customized air travel arrangements for cruise guests.
• Process airline schedule changes, bookings, and ticketing.
• Monitor air travel reservations for accuracy and cost guidelines.

PC literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office
