ONEOK is seeking an entry-level professional to support nominations, confirmations, scheduling, and month-end closing for crude oil pipelines, trucks, and facilities. The role offers exposure to cross-functional teams and performance-driven scheduling processes in a Fortune 500 environment.

The position emphasizes accuracy in material movement, contract interpretation, and collaboration with operations, carriers, and customers to optimize transportation and ensure reliable service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination required with technical discipline encouraged.
• Experience scheduling crude oil pipelines and related products.
• Ability to analyze and resolve scheduling issues.
• Ability to read and interpret contracts, agreements, and tariffs.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, manage, and adjust schedules for crude and related movements via truck, pipeline, and facility systems.
• Interact with operations control center, carriers, customers and internal teams on nominations, allocations, billing, and flow activity.
• Collaborate on analysis, review and implementation of scheduling improvements.
• Develop relationships with customers and stakeholders to support service reliability and issue resolution.
• Prepare reports for allocations, nominations, flow rates, storage balances, and month-end closing.
