Job summary

HF Sinclair in Dallas, TX seeks a Crude Oil Scheduler with a minimum of five years of industry experience to manage daily and monthly crude movements and inventories across refineries and trading partners.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, strong MS Excel skills, and the ability to work with traders and scheduling teams to optimize crude volumes, rates, and contract compliance. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of job-related and industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field is required.
• Strong MS Excel skills and ability to learn new programs.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate daily & monthly crude oil movements on carriers and refineries.
• Monitor crude inventories and optimize movements.
• Review receipts, deliveries and balances with trading partners.
• Coordinate with refinery personnel to manage tank levels.
• Respond to unplanned supplier changes and refinery run-rate changes.
• Liaise with third-party pipelines and carriers on tariffs and policy matters.
• Ensure contract information accuracy in SAP and fulfill obligations.
• Process invoices and maintain accurate cumulative balances.
• Build strong relationships with customers, traders and other departments.
• Ensure pricing documentation is compliant with audit and SOX requirements.
