Job summary

HF Sinclair is seeking a Crude Representative in Dallas, TX to analyze Global Crude Oil markets with a North America focus and to advise Crude Oil Traders on trading positions and pricing strategies. You will help develop functional strategy and lead efforts to resolve unique problems.

Responsibilities include collaborating with Crude Traders on trading strategies, maximizing gross margins, and coordinating with company entities to pursue commercial opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or technical field required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in commodity marketing, scheduling or analysis in the petroleum industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical and interpersonal skills; capable of independent work.

Responsibilities

• Develop trading strategies with Crude Traders and build consensus on strategic direction.
• Recommend contracts to maximize margin and manage pricing differentials.
• Monitor market options and cooperate with internal teams to identify opportunities.
• Provide purchase and transportation agreement administration and reconcile volumes/invoices.
• Maintain pipeline tariffs and ensure alignment with facility rules.
