Monitor scheduling data to forecast deliveries and optimize inventory.
Maximize fleet profitability by optimizing routes, miles, and utilization.
Coordinate with carriers and terminals to resolve delivery issues and disruptions.
Respond to customer inquiries and investigate delivery-related complaints.
