As a Clinical Nurse – Resource, you will provide evidence-based care, float across multiple sites, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to advance patient outcomes while growing your clinical expertise within a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Requires an ASN; BSN preferred; BSN required for those newly hired or promoted after Oct 1, 2025.
• Requires active RN license in Indiana or NLC RN license.
• RN with graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program; 2 years of acute care experience preferred.
• BLS certification must be obtained before orientation; other ACLS/BLS per unit may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate evidence-based care across the continuum.
• Participate in clinical decision-making and teaching within multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrate flexibility to float across IU Health facilities and units.
• Maintain professional integrity and adherence to ethics and standards.
• Support care delivery and patient outcomes through collaboration and adaptability.
