Job summary

Sun Chemical Corporation is seeking an Operator Combo to join our Northlake, IL facility. Under supervision, you will perform multiple classifications and assist in production lines including batching, mixing, pumping, and forklift operations.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills (Tablet / HMI / Scanners / Labels).
• Basic math skills.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, and comprehension).
• Train on and complete three (3) OJTs for all required job clarifications within nine (9) months.
• Maintain status and certifications in each classification.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Cross-train in multiple classifications and fulfill responsibilities based on department and plant needs.
• Monitor and record indicators to ensure correct operations (pressure readings, temperature readings, agitator speeds, etc).
• Other duties as assigned.
