HDR is seeking a Water Right of Way Director within the Water Business Group. This senior leadership role refines and oversees the WBG right of way program, reporting to the Planning Program Director and partnering with HDR’s Right of Way leadership.

You will work with market sector leaders, technical staff and clients to integrate right of way acquisition and real estate solutions, identify opportunities, and drive growth across geographies and sectors. Travel about 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in related field.
• Professional registration (Architecture/Engineering) required for leadership roles in technical design.
• Experience managing diverse teams and collaborating with executives.
• Commitment to quality and HDR values, and active participation in employee-owned culture.
