About the Role
The Cross Markets Account Manager is responsible for growing revenue through the sale of LexisNexis Risk Solutions products to existing and new customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service by effectively managing customer objections, setting realistic expectations, successfully negotiating pricing and contracts and closing sales.
  • Evaluate existing relationships and identify if there are any growth opportunities within selected solution set.
  • Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships at all levels.
  • Act as liaison between sales support and our customers to provide excellent service and solutions.
  • Provide best in class customer care to every customer.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue objectives.
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of select Insurance products and solutions to effectively present them to customers and articulate the value.


Requirements

  • Have Bachelor's or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years direct sales or account management experience.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have Personal Lines, Commercial Lines or Claims Insurance experience (Sales, Claims and Underwriting).
  • Possess exceptional sales, relationship development and customer services skills.
  • Have a growth mindset, demonstrate the ability to manage change and embrace a culture of continuous learning.

Position is eligible for base salary plus a variable component. Commissions uncapped.

The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for Maryland and Washington: $70,000-80,000 USD
