About Our Team

Our Cross-markets team collaborates with personal and commercial lines insurance carriers, offering tools and solutions to better understand the market and manage risk.

About the Role

The Cross Markets Account Manager's primary responsibility is to grow revenue through the sale of LexisNexis Risk Solutions products to existing and new customers.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by managing objections, setting expectations, negotiating pricing and contracts, and closing sales.
  • Evaluate existing relationships for growth opportunities within the solution set.
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships at all levels.
  • Act as a liaison between sales support and customers to deliver excellent service and solutions.
  • Deliver top-tier customer care to every customer.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals.
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of insurance products and solutions to effectively present and articulate their value.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1 year of direct sales or account management experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, or Claims Insurance (Sales, Claims, Underwriting).
  • Strong sales, relationship development, and customer service skills.
  • A growth mindset, adaptability to change, and a commitment to continuous learning.
Benefits

Salary ranges are $70,000-$80,000 USD, with additional variable components and uncapped commissions, specific to Maryland, Washington, New York, and New Jersey.
