About the Role

The Cross Markets Account Manager will grow revenue through selling LexisNexis Risk Solutions products to existing and new customers.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by managing objections, setting expectations, negotiating pricing and contracts, and closing sales.
  • Evaluate existing relationships for growth opportunities within the solution set.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships at all levels.
  • Act as a liaison between sales support and customers to deliver solutions.
  • Deliver top-tier customer care.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Understand and effectively present insurance products and solutions, articulating their value.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1 year of direct sales or account management experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, or Claims Insurance (Sales, Claims, Underwriting).
  • Strong sales, relationship development, and customer service skills.
  • Growth mindset, adaptable to change, committed to continuous learning.
