About Our Team

Our Cross-markets team collaborates with personal and commercial lines insurance carriers to offer tools and solutions that enhance market understanding and risk management.

About The Role

The Cross Markets Account Manager will drive revenue growth by selling LexisNexis Risk Solutions products to existing and new clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by managing objections, setting expectations, negotiating, and closing sales.
• Evaluate current relationships for growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships at all levels.
• Act as a liaison between sales support and clients to deliver excellent service and solutions.
• Deliver top-tier customer care.
• Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Understand and effectively present Insurance products and solutions, articulating their value.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of direct sales or account management experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, or Claims Insurance (Sales, Claims, Underwriting).
• Strong sales, relationship development, and customer service skills.
• Growth mindset, adaptability, and commitment to continuous learning.
