Formación

• Experience in project management, program coordination, or research.
• Experience analyzing user feedback and coordinating cross-functional teams preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication and ability to interact with a diverse group.

Responsabilidades

• Manage multiple user trial projects for new products and technologies.
• Recruit and coordinate participants, manage trial logistics, and collect user feedback.
• Analyze feedback to identify trends, usability issues, and product improvements.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to resolve issues and improve quality.
• Track project milestones, metrics, risks, and deadlines while coordinating with global teams.
