The company seeks a seasoned Clinical Trial Leader to oversee end-to-end trials, ensure GCP compliance, and mentor staff while coordinating with sponsors and cross-functional teams to drive successful study outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in the successful conduct of clinical trials.
• GCP (Good Clinical Practice) knowledge is required.
• Strong ability to manage and motivate a clinical study team.
• Proven strategic management and coordination skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide overall coordination and strategic management of clinical trials from inception through implementation and completion
• Serve as the primary contact for the sponsor, clinical team, and other functional groups
• Delegate and oversee team members, ensuring they are appropriately trained
• Maintain compliance with GCP, the protocol, scope of work, and other clinical objectives
• Lead, manage, and motivate team members using productive communication methods
• Support team member mentorship as needed
