Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Must have at least 2 semesters remaining in school upon start date (May 2027 grads or later).
• Ability to work 20-25 hours/week during school year and 40 hours/week during the summer.
• Excellent computer skills, specifically Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Comfort working in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support daily facility operations by collaborating across teams and coordinating facility projects.
• Manage supplier inbound and outbound order flow and coordinate shipment consolidations.
• Support inventory management and product movement across the distribution network.
• Maintain procurement operations through transaction processing and record management.
• Coordinate domestic and export transportation operations and analyze carrier performance.
• Lead warehouse shift operations and track daily productivity metrics.
