Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 6+ months of experience in H-E-B Store operations.
• Completion of Company Orientation and Safety Training.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service; answer questions and assist with product selection.
• Use suggestive selling to meet customer needs and build department sales.
• Support multiple departments including bakery, floral, and deli.
• Perform stocking, rotation, and inventory accuracy tasks.
• Build and maintain displays and assist with loading/unloading.
• Follow store SOPs and safety policies.
