Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in transportation, distribution, or customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Sales presentation experience to support key account presentations with technical information.
• Must be proactive and a self-motivator that can deliver results.
• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks concurrently and performing well under pressure.
• Ability to communicate, read, and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Planning shipments through customer portals, releasing orders to the warehouse, and ensuring all shipments are completed on time and in accordance with customer requirements.
• Reviewing routing/ship dates and planning shipments to our warehouses through customer routing and direction.
• Resolving issues and days late reports with our warehouse, carriers, customer traffic departments and DJG/Cosco CSR.
• Maintain up-to-date customer routing guides and review changes.
• Other duties as assigned.
