Job summary

Orenco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineering and Maintenance Manager to lead engineering, maintenance, and capital projects across manufacturing.

You will drive safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity improvements, while shaping the three-year roadmap for technology adoption and capacity growth. You will coordinate cross-functional teams with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality to ensure production readiness and continuous improvement, including

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Advanced degree or leadership training preferred.
• Experience leading manufacturing engineering, maintenance, and related projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering, maintenance, and capital projects to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.
• Develop three-year roadmaps for engineering capability and capacity expansion.
• Model capacity, labor planning, equipment utilization, and facility layout.
• Support continuity plans for critical equipment and production disruptions.
• Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
