Job summary

Spot On Talent, representing a client in Georgetown, TX, seeks a manufacturing Project Manager to own multiple technical integration projects from kickoff to delivery. You will be the primary client contact, responsible for scope, schedule, budget, and quality with autonomy and visibility to senior leadership.

This role is manufacturing-floor focused, not IT. If you have production-floor experience coordinating builds, change orders, MRB dispositions, and client relations, keep reading.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proven PM experience in a manufacturing environment (required).
• Strong customer communication — written and verbal — and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Daily onsite attendance at the Georgetown, TX facility; willingness to work additional hours when a project calls for it.

Responsibilities

• Own multiple technical integration projects from kickoff to delivery.
• Coordinate with Quality on change orders, submittals, and MRB dispositions.
• Provide check-in cadences and status reports to stakeholders and identify continuous-improvement opportunities.
