Job summary

Brandywine Communications in Santa Ana, CA seeks an Operations Planner to translate demand and project requirements into executable production forecasts, ensuring on-time delivery and efficiency. You will collaborate across Production, Engineering, Program Management, Purchasing, Sales and Customer Service.

You will develop forecasts based on demand, inventory, lead times, and capacity, exercising independent judgment to balance priorities and risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/engineering or related field required.
• Minimum five years of production planning, scheduling, or related experience.
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP, inventory and capacity planning, and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production forecasts from demand, backlog, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with PCM to align schedules with demand, inventory, and capacity.
• Monitor schedules, assess risks, and adjust plans to meet delivery goals.
• Provide planning data in ERP/MRP systems and support improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate across Operations, Engineering, Purchasing, Sales and Customer Service.
