Job summary

WireCo WorldGroup is seeking a Production Operator to support fabricated products, material handling, inventory accuracy, and shipping; you will follow work instructions, operate equipment, and help maintain quality and timely production. Emphasis on safety, continuous improvement, and team collaboration across departments.

Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma or GED, strong attention to detail, and the ability to learn multiple processes while maintaining documentation and quality

Responsibilities

• Perform production, fabrication, material handling, inventory, shipping, and warehouse tasks
• Operate equipment and tools safely
• Load, unload and transport materials
• Receive materials and verify quantities
• Prepare products for shipment and ensure compliance
• Maintain inventory accuracy with ERP/WMS
• Follow ISO 9001 and SOPs
• Identify and report nonconformities
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain clean and safe work area
• Cross-train in multiple areas
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, quality, and shipping teams
