Better Business Bureau Great West & Pacific is seeking a flexible Operations Services Floater in Boise, ID. The role involves supporting multiple operational teams across customer care, disputes, investigations, billing, and more, adapting rapidly to changing priorities and assignments.

You’ll use Microsoft 365, CRM or case-management systems, and AI-enabled tools with human oversight to ensure accurate documentation and high-quality service for consumers and Accredited Businesses.

Responsibilities

• Provide temporary, ongoing, and project-based support across different operational teams.
• Learn policies, procedures, and workflows of multiple departments.
• Assist consumers, Accredited Businesses, and stakeholders via phone, email, live chat.
• Provide accurate, courteous information with empathy and sound judgment.
• Create, review, and update customer records and documentation with data quality in mind.
• Support processes across complaints, reviews, accreditation, research, and billing.
• Manage changing priorities and multiple queues while communicating workload concerns.
