Job summary

GreatAmerica invites students to join an Operations Rotational Summer Internship in Cedar Rapids, IA. Interns will rotate through Portfolio Management, Account Support, Sales Support, and Documentation to understand the end-to-end customer and transaction lifecycle.

You will gain hands-on experience, participate in onboarding and training, and contribute to meaningful projects while developing cross-functional collaboration and enterprise thinking.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, management, communications, supply chain, operations, or related field.
• Juniors are preferred.
• Prior customer service or office experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured summer experience with onboarding, training, job shadowing, and rotations.
• Support teams across Portfolio Management, Account Support, Sales Support, and Documentation.
• Contribute to meaningful projects and a capstone focused on customer experience and operational efficiency.
