Qualifications

Entry-level IT fundamentals knowledge required.
Pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.

Responsibilities

Investigate user incidents and requests with active listening and troubleshooting.
Work with users to assess impact and urgency; document and escalate as needed.
Interact with users via remote tools, phone, email, and ticketing system.
Resolve incidents using known solutions; collaborate with other Service Desk Analysts.
Install, upgrade, and repair endpoint equipment and productivity apps.
Perform desk moves and secure disposal of surplus hardware.
Investigate alerts and assign work to IT teams as appropriate.
