Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, management, communications, supply chain, operations, or a related field.
• Junior status preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Experience in customer service, office settings, or related projects is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in onboarding, training, job shadowing, rotations, and mini-projects.
• Rotate through Portfolio Management, Account Support, Sales Support, and Documentation.
• Contribute to meaningful projects and daily work that support business needs.
• Capstone project to improve customer experience and operational efficiency across the lifecycle.
