Role requires hands-on manufacturing experience, ability to read technical documents, and proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems, with commitment to 5S and quality in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Technical Associate’s degree or 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Aerospace, Medical device, electronics or PCB manufacturing industry, required.
• Experience with Laser, Etch, Wet (Electroplating), or sputtering processes and operations, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment across multiple manufacturing operations.
• Perform in-process quality inspections and accurately document production results.
• Troubleshoot equipment or process issues and identify maintenance concerns; elevate issues as required.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas following 5S and safety standards.
