Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with Laser, Etch, Wet (Electroplating), or sputtering processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment across multiple manufacturing operations.
• Perform duties according to standard work, safety policies, and quality requirements.
• Participate in cross-training and certification in multiple operational areas.
• Conduct in-process quality inspections and document results.
• Troubleshoot equipment/process issues and escalate as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas following 5S and safety standards.
