Job summary

ANDRITZ is seeking a Project Manager in the Birmingham area to ensure projects, quotes, and deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction. You will lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, and Operations, coordinating NCR/ECR activities and ensuring proper documentation.

The role requires 3+ years of leadership experience and a solid grasp of planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management in a manufacturing

Qualifications

• Project management experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or technical environment.
• 3+ years of leadership, supervisory, or management.
• Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, quoting, budgeting, and resource management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and customer expectations.
• Experience managing NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and ECRs (Engineering Change Requests), including corrective actions and resolution tracking.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project and quote performance; manage schedules, priorities, and customer expectations; drive consistent execution across projects.
• Coordinate with cross functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, and Operations.
• Execute and coordinate NCR and ECR activities with proper documentation and timely resolution.
• Maintain job packets, post-rebuild reports, and part-cart check assurance.
• Participate in weekly PM, production, and lead meetings to drive results.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resourcing, including procurement of equipment and materials.
