Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in business, 3+ years of leadership, strong planning, NCR/ECR experience, and proficiency with ERP and MS Office. The role emphasizes continuous improvement and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with business experience and strong project management background.
• Experience managing multiple projects in manufacturing/industrial/technical environments.
• 3+ years of leadership, supervisory, or management roles.
• Strong understanding of planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
• Proven ability to drive NCR/ECR processes and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project and quote performance; manage schedules, priorities, and customer expectations.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, and Operations to support shop priorities and customer needs.
• Lead NCR (Non-Conformance Report) and ECR (Engineering Change Request) activities with documentation and root-cause analysis.
• Maintain job packets, post-rebuild reports, and part-cart check assurance.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resourcing including equipment/material procurement.
