Job summary

Harden Architectural Security Products, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing & Logistics Technician to support warehouse, transportation, CNC machining, and production operations in Lancaster, PA. You will safely operate a 20-foot flatbed truck and forklift, perform general warehouse duties, and provide backup for CNC programming and shipping activities.

The role requires reading engineering prints, basic math, and adherence to safety standards. A DOT medical card is preferred or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Must have basic machine operation skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Experience in warehouse, shipping, and CNC operations preferred.
• Ability to read engineering prints and tolerances.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a current DOT physical card.

Responsibilities

• Cross-functional operations support across warehouse, shipping, CNC, and production.
• Operate the 20-foot straight flatbed truck and forklift; perform general warehouse tasks.
• Backup shipping/receiving: verify quantities, enter data in SAGE, prepare loads and documentation.
• Backup CNC programming and operation: set up and run CNC machining center and saw; perform basic maintenance.
• General manufacturing support: perform production tasks, operate grinders and tools, monitor quality.
