Job summary

Harden Architectural Security Products, LLC in Lancaster, PA seeks a Manufacturing & Logistics Technician to support warehouse, transportation, shipping and receiving, CNC machining, and general manufacturing tasks. This role reports to the Shipping & Logistics Manager and involves operating a 20-foot straight flatbed truck and fork truck, plus backup CNC programming.

You will perform material handling, staging, inspection, and documentation, coordinate with production schedules, and maintain

Qualifications

Must possess or be able to obtain a current DOT physical card.
Basic machine operation and mechanical skills.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with SAGE MFG 100.
Ability to read engineering prints and understand dimensions and tolerances.
Ability to program, set up, and operate the CNC machining center after training.

Responsibilities

Cross-Functional Operations Support across warehouse, shipping, CNC, and production.
Truck driving and warehouse duties, including forklift operation and material handling.
Backup Shipping and Receiving tasks with documentation and scheduling.
Backup CNC programming and operation, setup, and maintenance of CNC center.
General manufacturing support and adherence to safety and quality standards.
