Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer orders from entry through shipment and delivery.
• Monitor order status and resolve holds, backorders, shipping exceptions, and delays.
• Ensure order information is accurate in systems and maintained.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues.
