Job summary

Green Circle Growers, Inc. in Oberlin, OH seeks a Cross Dock Crew member to manage inbound and outbound shipments, support on-time delivery, and optimize warehouse operations.

You will unload/load trucks, receive goods, sort and label, operate forklifts, and collaborate with drivers and warehouse teams to maintain accuracy and safety.

The role requires basic computer literacy, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to pass background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or relevant experience required.
• Prior warehouse, cross-dock, logistics, or freight handling experience preferred.
• Basic computer literacy or ability to learn scanning and warehouse systems.
• Experience operating a tow motor and other material handling equipment.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load trucks manually or with equipment.
• Receive goods into the system against POs and verify quantities.
• Sort, label, scan, handle, and store inbound shipments.
• Maintain OTIF goals by proper outbound sequencing.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area per OSHA.
• Collaborate with drivers and teams to move freight.
