Job summary

Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is seeking a Cross Dock Manager in Aurora, CO to lead daily cross-dock operations and drive safety, efficiency, and on-time delivery within a busy distribution network.

You will supervise a team of drivers, coordinate routes, monitor KPIs, and partner with center leadership to maintain a compliant DOT fleet and high-performance operations across the U.S. and Canada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in specialized profession or equivalent.
• Senior lead/supervisor experience.
• 5+ years experience in transportation and material handling activities for high-volume warehousing and/or freight operations.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate, and supervise drivers to ensure productivity and safety.
• Ensure safe & timely delivery of invoiced products to customers.
• Review metrics, observe performance, and manage driver schedules and routes.
• Maintain fleet paperwork, maintenance, and compliance records.
• Communicate with leadership on shipments, returns, and delivery issues.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
