Job summary

Harvey Performance Company, LLC in Meridian, ID is seeking a General Production Associate to support multiple departments across our manufacturing floor. You will rotate between tasks based on production needs and receive cross-training in several operations to build a versatile skill set.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and adherence to shop procedures. A high school diploma or GED and strong communication are required, with opportunities for growth in a rapidly expanding

Qualifications

High School Degree or GED.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to multitask and handle numerous tasks simultaneously.
Ability to follow written and verbal procedures.
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently.
Regular standing, sitting, walking, and speaking.
Occasional climbing stairs, reaching overhead, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Move between departments based on production needs.
Train and work in at least two areas: prep operations, CNC, honing, etching, wheel dressing, EDM.
Work from shop documents, drawings and specifications.
Train other employees in general production.
Other duties as assigned.
