Job summary

Harvey Performance Company, LLC is expanding its Meridian, ID facility and seeking a General Production Associate. You will be rotated through multiple departments based on production needs, training in at least two areas and contributing to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role emphasizes following procedures, maintaining quality, and collaborating with teammates to meet production goals in a newly renovated facility near Boise.

Qualifications

• Must be able to multitask and handle several tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal procedures and instructions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Move between departments based on production needs.
• Train and work in at least two areas of production.
• Perform prep operations in the Manual, and pre/post-CNC operations.
• Hone and polish operations, etching, labeling and wheel dressing.
• Operate EDM machines and train others in general production.
• Work with shop documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
