Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree welcomed.
• Reliability and strong attendance history.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Math skills to work with numbers (add/subtract fractions/ decimals).
• Desire to be cross-trained across departments and skills.
• Positive attitude.
• Teamwork skills.
• Driver’s license highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Follow work instructions to meet job specifications.
• Adhere to all safety regulations.
• Clean and maintain all equipment.
• Measure to confirm equipment parts meet specifications.
• Load and unload materials safely.
• Operate various equipment and/or machinery.
• Assemble heavy components using hand and power tools.
• Read blueprints to ensure work is performed to specifications.
• Check tolerances and dimensions to ensure quality standards are met.
• Make a positive contribution to maintaining a healthy, safe, neat, and tidy workplace.
