Job summary

Harvey Performance Company is seeking a General Production Associate for its Meridian, ID facility. You will rotate across departments to support production and gain exposure to multiple manufacturing processes. The role emphasizes teamwork and adherence to documented procedures.

You will be trained in at least two areas and will contribute to training other team members, while maintaining accuracy with shop drawings and specifications. Strong communication and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle several tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to follow written and verbal procedures.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
• Regular standing, walking, sitting, and speaking.
• Occasional stairs climbing and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Move between work departments based on production needs.
• Train and work in at least two areas: Manual prep, CNC prep/post, honing, etching, wheel dressing, EDM, and related tasks.
• Train other employees in general production.
• Work with shop documents, drawings and specifications.
• Other duties as assigned.
