Exemplar Luxury Group seeks a Cross Category Ecommerce Specialist to enhance the digital shopping journey. You will curate experiences, test customer journeys, and partner with Buying, Marketing, and Creative teams to optimize content and promotions.

The role focuses on driving traffic, conversion, and revenue through data-informed merchandising and site performance analysis in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in eCommerce, digital retail, or fashion.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with analytics tools (Looker, Adobe Analytics) and Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a plus.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms.

Responsabilités

• Execute and test customer journeys for online events, promotions, and product launches to drive traffic and revenue.
• Own the curation of seasonal gift guides and curated shops using data and merchant recommendations to promote discoverability and revenue.
• Support quarterly global site taxonomy and refinement updates for successful on-site implementation.
• Monitor inventory levels to adjust product placements based on availability and sales velocity.
• Collaborate with Buying, Marketing, and Creative teams to ensure accurate content execution.
• Ensure setup and visibility of digital services (e.g., Digital Stylists) across site touchpoints and monitor engagement.
