Job summary

VF Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, Store Design to lead cross-brand retail design, translating brand-led creative direction into scalable, buildable environments across VF’s portfolio.

You will oversee executional design leadership, technical design development, and project delivery in partnership with Real Estate, Construction, Visual Merchandising, Merchandising, and Operations, ensuring brand fidelity within budget and schedule.

Qualifications

• A strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and built outcomes.
• Proficiency in 2D/3D visualization from sketch to renderings.
• Experience in cross-brand, matrixed environments with multiple teams.
• Deep understanding of retail architecture, interiors, fixtures, materials, lighting, and coordination.
• Ability to partner with brand creative teams while managing budget, schedule, scope, and constructability.
• Comfort with Rhino, Enscape, VRay, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Translate brand strategy into executable retail design solutions.
• Lead design development and execution with Real Estate and Construction.
• Create and review architectural plans, space plans, fixture plans, and elevations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to ensure on-time delivery.
• Review and refine design documentation and deliverables.
