TJX Companies is seeking a Fixture Development Project Lead in Marlborough, MA to drive fixture programs from concept to implementation across multiple TJX brands. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure scalable, store-ready solutions.

Responsibilities include mentoring Specialists, partnering with suppliers, and delivering technical guidance on drawings, prototypes, and installation documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business, Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3+ years project management experience.
• 3-5 years retail, construction, fixture, manufacturing, or store planning experience preferred.
• Experience with forecasting, purchasing, and supplier management.
• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads fixture development projects from concept, testing, and approval through implementation.
• Serves as primary point of contact for assigned projects.
• Conducts project kickoff meetings and stakeholder reviews.
• Develops project schedules and manages milestones.
