Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science or related field.
• 5+ years leading strategic programs in complex, cross-functional organizations.
• Strategy background with ability to shape executive decisions and roadmaps.
• Proven ability to manage tight timelines with disciplined scope, risks, and dependencies.
• Strong facilitation and decision-driving capability; executive communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tooling to accelerate analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead firmwide strategic program end-to-end, managing scope, timelines, executive decisioning, and delivery outcomes.
• Drive stakeholder alignment across lines of business, corporate functions, and enterprise stakeholders; translate priorities into executable plans and sequenced roadmaps.
• Establish and run governance forums and operating routines, including milestone management, reporting, escalation pathways, and accountability.
• Develop executive-ready narratives for platform modernization and cross-border FX enablement, including trade-offs and recommendations for MD/C-suite audiences.
• Define program success measures and KPIs; deliver concise insights and progress reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Build business cases and support funding decisions, including value articulation and benefits-realization tracking.
• Identify and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate with clear options and paths forward.
